The Masters 2019
Probably my favourite. Last two rounds live on the BBC, no Ray Winstone Ads.

Contenders:

They keep making this course longer each year and there has been rain to add to that. Dustin Johnson has to be a leading contender.

For Europe, Justin Rose is very consistent, will be thereabouts.

Love him or loath him, he is good box office, and can get up for the big event, Jordan Spieth.

Louis Oost & Bubba enjoy it around here.

Rory & Rickie, expect a Sunday fade...

Phil & Tiger. Have a feeling Phil will do the better of the two. Hope they don't saturate TV air time with every move of Tiger, if so, might be no harm if he misses the cut.

Longshots ew...Xander Schh, Cam Smith, Cantley.

The back nine on Sunday will sort out the winner.

Enjoy.

The Tiger Double at @ 75-1

Tiger Roll to win the Grand National and Tiger Woods to win the Golf.

Any idea if that bet had limits, say £10 or £50?

I know a bloke had £1000 with Boyle Sports or was that just an exception?

Too late now but I'm just curious.

Re: The Masters 2019
Some absolute bollocks being spouted on here about Woods - as a sportsman he’s up there with the very best in history and that alone commands respect. He was unsure if he’d ever play golf again let alone win another major. His achievement yesterday was remarkable.

Stewie, I’m proper jealous of your experience over the weekend. It’s up there with the top sporting things I’d love to see. It must have been incredible, especially with Woods doing what he did.

Talking of which, a big reason why Molinari blew up is because he had Tiger just behind him. The aura and reputation alone is enough to unease even the very best.

I must drop a few hints to my brother.
It's always been on my wish list.

Very odd behavior to bring race into this thread. Bet its the kind of person who brings race into everything. Lammyesque

Tiger was his father name to honour a Thai Colonel while serving in Vietnam and he then named his son after him

Re: The Masters 2019
They turfed everyone out pretty much as soon as his putt went in because of the weather warning, and to be fair they were spot on as it hosed down about 45 minutes after play finished. To be fair, the whooping abd hollering isn't really my thing anyway.

Re: The Masters 2019
He is a tosser for saying he was not black though he thought he could transcend race but soon found out that no matter how brilliant you are you are what you are for a vast majority of people and that is how they will judge you when you fuck up\\

Re: The Masters 2019
Tiger Woods when he was winning was one of the most eloquent decent likeable characters in golf, to call him a robot is bollocks.
I love that he fucked the mothers of racists and racist golfers all over the planet by becoming someone they could not miss or avoid, he is brilliant when on form no one can deny that and without any shadow of doubt changed the face of golf.

they won't stand much mouthing off round the tees there, they don't fuck about. did you get close to woods after it finished?

Re: The Masters 2019
40th present from my bro, happy. Will definitely try to come back next year, probably include a practice day so I can actually get some photos. Have to say, the yanks are great - I mean the blokes are complete gimps, but less obnoxious than new York, and the women are unreal.

It is doable on a budget tbf , a lot of the people we've chatted to have done it for less than half if what we had to pay through your golf travel, although obviously you get the convenience and had Saturday night with mcginley and Doherty, best hotel etc. Did I mention the women are unreal and absolutely love English and Irish cock?

Re: The Masters 2019
good to hear. most events you struggle now getting close to the 18th green on sunday, and I'd imagine 12 is full of the regular patrons plotted up all day round the tee

Re: The Masters 2019
Stewie,

I'm jealous . Work junket? I'd imagine it's a bit costly.

Seemed to be less drunks, shouting mashed potatoe. How were the Yanks?

The blond bird at the tee box on sixteen was there last year. She likes grabbing a bit of the lime light for the holes in one.

Any signs of the Patrons kicking Tiger's ball to a better lie when in the trees off the tee!
